Are these products limited?

All our Special and Collector's Editions are initially produced in strictly limited quantities of 3,000 units per platform. Standard Editions are not limited and are continuously expanding in retailer availability.

When will I receive my order?

Pre-orders require manufacturing time. You can find the estimated delivery date on each product page. Once products arrive at our warehouse, they are dispatched immediately. EU delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

Question 3

Do I have to take care of customs, import duties, or VAT?

Within the EU and the United Kingdom, we collect and remit all required VAT or sales tax. If your country is not yet supported, please contact us at support@nejcraft.cz to register your interest.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our externally fulfilled warehouse in the Czech Republic, centrally located in Europe for efficient EU-wide shipping.
